Heron Point is a 2008 TVA Clean Marina. This award is presented to marinas that meet all federal, state, and local regulations related to marina management as well as implementing recommended practices to minimize pollution, while at the same time encourage boaters to become more effective users of their water resources. Heron Point is a proud sponsor of the Cherokee Lake User's Association (one of the corporate officers sits on the board).
